Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: Decide on your preferred items and materials
We'll discuss with you all possible options to bring your ideas to life and look at the pros and cons of each to make sure your specific needs and desires are being met.

Step 3: Provide Quote
Once we understand exactly what you’re looking for, we provide you with a FREE quotation so you know upfront the costs involved and can make an informed choice.

Step 4: Approve, Pay Deposit & Job Starts
Once you've approved the quote and paid the 50% deposit, we get everything in place ready to begin your job.

Step 5: Commence Design & Present Options
We can work with your artwork, or we can do the design for you and present you with potential concepts & ideas.

Step 6: Sign Off & Approval of samples, if any
Once your design has been signed off, we may produce a trial sample for your approval (e.g. embroidery work), and once this is approved, we start the production.

Step 7: Pick Up & Final payment
You review the products, pay the outstanding amount and collect your order. Delivery can also be arranged if you would prefer.
